Do you charge a travel planning fee?
Yes—a $150 planning fee is required to begin your custom itinerary.
This covers the time and care that goes into creating a personalized travel experience tailored to your preferences and vision.
The fee is non-refundable, as planning begins immediately after your request is submitted.
What’s included when I work with you?
I help bring your entire trip together—from flights and accommodations to transportation, activities, and overall flow.
Everything is planned around your preferences, travel style, and the kind of experience you’re looking to have, with 1:1 communication throughout the process to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
You’ll also have support during your trip, so if anything comes up, you’re not navigating it alone.
What does the process look like?
When you're ready to start planning, head to the “Plan Your Trip” page and purchase the Custom Travel Planning service.
After checkout, you’ll receive a client welcome packet with a link to your personalized travel questionnaire. (You’ll also receive the link by email in case you miss it.)
Once your questionnaire is submitted, I review your details and may reach out with any follow-up questions to make sure everything is aligned.
From there, I begin building your itinerary and present options that match your vision.
I’ll guide you through the booking process and remain available throughout your trip, so you feel supported every step of the way.

What types of travel do you specialize in?
I work with a wide range of travel—from quick getaways to multi-destination trips, as well as more curated, experience-focused travel.
That can look like anything from Disney cruises and family vacations to planning a trip around a concert or special event, all the way to multi-country tours and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
No matter the trip, everything is planned with intention and awareness to make it feel meaningful, memorable, and aligned with what you’re looking for.
Do you offer payment plans and cancellation options?
Many travel suppliers offer flexible payment options depending on your trip.
I’ll walk you through what’s available and help you choose what makes the most sense for your booking.
Travel protection can also be added to your trip, which may provide coverage for cancellations and other unexpected situations, depending on the plan you choose.
Will you be hosting group trips or retreats?
Yes—curated group travel experiences and retreats are currently in the works.
These experiences will blend travel, connection, and intentional moments designed to be both memorable and meaningful. An upcoming Bali retreat is currently in development, focused on adventure, connection, and personal growth.
